Central Government Act IPC Section 313 in The Indian Penal Code
Causing miscarriage without woman’s consent/permission- Whoever commits the offence defined in the last preceding section without the consent of the woman, whether the woman is quick with child or not, shall be punished with imprisonment for lifetime or with minimum 10 years and financial penalties/fine. This is a non-bailable, cognizable offense and considered by the court and this crime is not worth the compromise.

भारतीय दंड संहिता (IPC) की धारा-313
स्त्री की सहमति के बिना गर्भपात कराना- जो भी कोई किसी स्त्री की सहमति के बिना, चाहे वह स्त्री स्पन्दनगर्भा हो या नहीं, उसका गर्भपात कारित करेगा या पूर्ववर्ती धारा में परिभाषित अपराध करेगा, तो उसे आजीवन कारावास या दस वर्ष कारावास और आर्थिक दण्ड, या किसी एक अवधि के लिए कारावास की सजा जिसे दस वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है से दण्डित किया जाएगा, और साथ ही वह आर्थिक दण्ड के लिए भी उत्तरदायी होगा। यह एक गैर-जमानती, संज्ञेय अपराध है और सत्र न्यायालय द्वारा विचारणीय है एवं यह अपराध समझौता करने योग्य नहीं है।
